Hotel and Registration Info

CFC’s Forum hotel block at the J.W. Marriott Desert Ridge Resort & Spa is SOLD OUT.

The Marriott Scottsdale at McDowell Mountains will serve as the overflow hotel. Once you register online for the Forum, you will receive a printable confirmation screen and e-mail. Your confirmation will include all the details you need to make your reservation directly with the Forum overflow hotel.

The CFC group rate at the overflow hotel is $119. The cut-off date is Monday, May 26, 2008. Remember that the rates are based on availability, so we encourage you to register and make your reservation ASAP. The hotel will charge a one-night room deposit/guarantee, which is refundable up to 72 hours prior to arrival.

Planning Your Travel?

There are a variety of options for getting to and from the Forum hotel, J.W.Marriott Desert Ridge Resort and Spa. See transportation information (PDF).

Specific transportation information for the overflow hotel, Marriott Scottsdale at McDowell Mountains is coming soon! CFC will arrange ongoing transportation each day between properties and a shuttle schedule will be posted at both hotels.

What Not to Wear!

A BUSINESS SUIT! Please dress comfortably. Forum attire is business casual.
