The New CEO Orientation is designed for new chief executive officers or general managers of electric cooperatives with no more than two years of experience in their current position.
Spouses/Family Members: Please note there are no activities planned for spouses or family members Orientation. Attendees will be involved with group activities the entire time, including evenings.
This orientation will provide an in-depth focus on key electric industry and cooperative management issues and challenges that new CEOs face. In addition, all three national organizations will provide an overview of the types of programs and services available to support new CEOs and their systems.

Sessions will be at hosted at the and CFC/NRTC campus in Herndon, Virginia, and the NRECA offices in Arlington.
You can now register online for the New CEO Orientation. There is no tuition to attend. Once you register, you will receive an e-mail confirmation. Attire for this conference is business casual.
CFC has obtained special room rates with the Embassy Suites Hotel, which is a short walk from the CFC headquarters and less than four miles—a six minute drive from Washington Dulles International Airport. Attendees are responsible for all travel-related costs, including hotel. Reservation must be made by March 15 in order to obtain the special rate for this event of $189 (plus taxes) per night.
