Employees
are eligible for an annual incentive payout based on achievement
of corporate goals. The payout is a percentage of
base pay, as determined by the employee contribution band.

A $1,500
bonus will be paid to the referring employee whenever a qualified
referral is hired.

CFC provides a choice of several comprehensive health, dental,
and vision insurance plans for employees and dependents. CFC contributes
a significant portion of the cost of the insurance.
CFC provides both medical and dependent care spending accounts,
with annual election levels of up to $5,000 each.

At no cost to the employee, CFC provides life insurance in the amount of two times annual base salary.
Employees may purchase additional coverage for themselves of up to five times base salary.
At no cost to the employee, CFC provides AD&D insurance up to two times annual base salary.
Employees may purchase additional individual and family coverage of up to five times base salary.
At no cost to the employee, CFC provides $10,000 of coverage on a spouse and on all eligible dependent children.
Employees may purchase additional life insurance for their spouse, up to $100,000.
At no cost to the employee, CFC provides up to $500,000 in business travel accident insurance.

New employees
accrue 10.5 days of annual leave during the first year of employment.
In subsequent years, the amount of annual leave increases according
to the length of employment.
Employees earn 15
days of sick leave each year of employment. Employees may convert
1/3 of their unused sick leave to cash or annual leave at the
end of each fiscal year.
Employees
receive 9 fixed holidays per year, plus 2 discretionary holidays.
CFC provides several additional types of paid leaves of absence,
including Court Leave, Military Leave, and Bereavement Leave.
After
completing 90 days of employment, STD coverage pays 70% of regular
base salary for up to 13 weeks. This benefit is provided at no
cost to the employee.
LTD coverage
pays 66 2/3% of monthly base salary, up to $15,000 per month and
not less than $65 per month. Participation in this program is
voluntary. Employees pay 50% of the premium.

On the first day of the month following one full month of employment, employees are eligible to participate in the 401(k) plan. On the first of the month following one-year of employment, CFC will contribute up to 3% of your base salary depending on the percentage you choose contribute; if you contribute 1% of your base salary, CFC will contribute an additional 2% to your account, and if you contribute 2% of your base salary, CFC will contribute an additional 3% to your account. Both employee and employer contributions are subject to IRS limitations. Employees have the choice of seven traditional funds, target date retirement funds, and a self directed brokerage account that enables participants to trade in stocks, bonds, and over 3,500 mutual funds.
On the first day of the month following completion of one full
year of employment, employees are eligible to participate in the
Retirement Security (RS) Program. The benefit is based
on the number of years of plan participation, the average base
salary over the last five years of employment and a 1.9% benefit
rate. The cost of funding the RS Program is paid by CFC and
no contribution on the employee's part is required.

Employees
and their extended family members are eligible to purchase a policy
that pays a fixed dollar amount for a wide variety of services
you might need when you are no longer able to function independently,
including assisted living, nursing home, and in home care.
Provides provides
you with legal services for your basic legal needs.
The Educational
Assistance Program is available on a voluntary basis to all regular
employees after completion of 90 days of service. Under this program,
CFC will reimburse 100% of an accredited school registration,
tuition and laboratory fees to a maximum of $6,000 per calendar
year. Course work must be role specific or meet CFC's business
needs. Employees must receive a grade of C or better.
Through CFC University, CFC offers employees a wide variety of
in-house training programs pertaining to both individual and career
development needs.
To help employees balance work and personal responsibilities,
CFC allows employees to choose the hours when they begin and end
their workday, within core business hours.
The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a confidential counseling
service that is available to employees and their immediate family.
CFC contracts with professional counselors to provide help to
employees on a wide range of personal or work-related issues.
Membership in
the Department of Agriculture Federal Credit Union is available
to all CFC employees. Direct deposits can be made through payroll.
CFC offers the
convenience of in-house cafeteria with a varied menu and daily
entree specials. CFC provides a significant subsidy to help offset
the costs of operating the cafeteria, including a 20% discount
on all cafeteria purchases and unlimited FREE coffee.
To promote health
and wellness, CFC offers an in-house fitness center complete with
cardiovascular and strength training equipment. CFC also offers
an in-house aerobics, yoga, and weight management classes, a portion
of which is subsidized by CFC.
CFC
works with a charitable organization to help families in the local
community overcome financial crisis.
