If you are a member of the CFC Extranet, but your username and password do not seem to work, try these solutions:

• While entering your username, make sure that you only use one space before and after your middle initial. Make sure there is no period after your middle initial. Username is not case sensitive.
• Enter your password just as you did when you registered. Passwords are case sensitive. If you already had a new password e-mailed to you, make sure you are not copying and pasting the new password from your e-mail. You might be copying extra spaces before the first letter of the new password.

If all else fails, enter your username (ex. John C Smith) and your complete e-mail address below. Click on the 'SUBMIT' button and a new password will be sent to you by email. This action should not be taken if you have a shared e-mail address. For security purposes, only the e-mail address that you used in your registration form will work.
