NOTICE:
RUS has replaced the Electronic Filing System (EFS) used in filing the calendar 2005 RUS Form 7 or 12 data with a new and improved system for your 2007 filing.
In order to minimize your effort, RUS incorporated into their “Certification” page the ability for the borrower to select an “Share this data with NRUCFC” option. When the borrower selects this option, the borrower grants RUS the authority to disclose the Form 7 data with CFC.
Below is a picture of the Certification page where the CEO certifies and selects the option for CFC to retrieve the data.
After you file with RUS and authorize CFC to retrieve your data electronically, please mail a signed copy of the RUS Form 7 or 12 to CFC at the following address:
